Off Road Tri/Du
Start with a 1.5K (1500 m) swim or paddle segment if you doing the tri. A 13 mile bike ride around the lake to Seattle Bar then finishes with a 5M run back to Hart-Tish Park.
Applegate lake is a beautiful place to camp, hang out and race :)

10 mile trail run that starts at The 10 Mile Collings Mt. Hart-Tish Park and crosses Upper Applegate Rd to Collings Mountain Trail. We are doing a 5K poker rund. For you ultra runners we have a long one for you :), a 28 mile road run that starts off wih the 10M mountain run and then run around the lake.
Want to do it all? Take the weekend challenge and do the off road tri/du on Saturday. Then on Sunday do the 10M mountain run.
